Ingredients to Make Cinnamon Pear Martini

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz Pear Nectar
  • 4-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Star Anise Pod
  • Fresh Pear Slices Optional, For Garnish


Instructions to Make Cinnamon Pear Martini

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka and pear nectar. Shake well.
  • Strain the vodka and pear nectar into a martini glass.
  • Add 4-5 dashes of Angostura bitters to taste. Gently stir with a bar spoon.
  • Add 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Star Anise pod and serve. Enjoy!

Note: If pears are in season, you may also garnish the drink with a few slices of fresh pears.
