One of the things I love about Mexican cuisine is the juxtaposition of tastes like the crisp salt on a fresh tortilla chip with some sweet salsa. Savory and sweet. And a sweet and spicy margarita epitomizes that ideal to me. Our chili mango margarita is just perfect for this kind of taste explosion.
